Tim Noye

Tim was creating from an early age, constructing and making a mixture of art works in various forms from the most simple materials.

From a long line of expert cooks in his large Hampshire, England, based family, he soon found himself pottering away in his mother and grandmother's kitchens.

With a hunger to learn and dreams of one day being a great chef, Tim moved from rural Hampshire to the bustling food capital of London. The first years of his fruitful career were spent rubbing shoulders with highly skilled and world renowned chefs in a number of 5 star hotels across London.

He clearly remembers persistently pestering his mentors for more knowledge and as a result excelled in a number of food excellence programs, winning the majority. Within six years of beginning his journey, Tim had climbed half way up the brigade ranking. This was testament to his passion, willingness to work hard, learn fast and his relentless curiosity of the culinary world and all it had to offer.

Shortly after, Tim decided to join the realms of personal cheffing. He was asked to cook for a highly successful London based entrepreneur in his home for one evening only. This evening turned into a full time position as a personal chef for him and his large family for six months. He is still in contact with that family today.

Simultaneously, Tim earned his Fine Artist status and was ready to enter the highly competitive world of Michelin star ranked restaurants. These years were to be spent working alongside some of the best chefs on the planet. During this time he competed in a number of highly coveted cooking academies, winning yet another two awards, this time from the founder of the Professional Institute of Gastronomy, Arthur Simms.

By his early twenties, he had cooked for a long line of A-list celebrities, events and organisations. By his mid-twenties, Tim commanded a brigade of no less than twenty chefs and was defining his own innovative menu design and style of food.

Recently, Tim has moved to the shores of Australia and has already made a strong name for himself in Sydney. For those who know Tim, know that it is due to his pleasant relentlessness, constant striving for excellence and truly unique outlook on life and the culinary world that has put him where he is today.
